After graduating, Caitlin completed a year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA and then went on to get her master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Caitlin has spent her professional career working for nonprofits and universities in Pittsburgh and Erie.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys volunteer baking for Emmaus Soup Kitchen and spending time with her husband, Jim, and daughter, Scarlett. Caitlin is passionate about United Way's mission and looks forward to continuing the work to help all children in Erie County thrive.
